IMOXI – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at IMOXI! We aim to provide you with high-quality gymwear and a smooth delivery experience. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.


1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Please note: During high volume periods (e.g. sales, holidays), processing times may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer standard and express shipping options. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £130 (or equivalent in local currency). This will be automatically applied at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If you have not received your tracking information within 3 days of order confirmation, please contact us at imoxicustomerservice@gmail.com.


5. Delays and Issues

Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing, carrier delays, or global events. While these are outside our control, we’ll always do our best to assist.

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll investigate with the courier.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

IMOXI is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary by destination country.


7. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, email us immediately at imoxicustomerservice@gmail.com. We’ll try to make changes if the order hasn’t shipped yet.


8. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos (if applicable). We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
